The spacious and bright living room features large glass sliding doors with mosquito screens that open onto the terrace and pool, offering stunning sea views. The room is fully air-conditioned and furnished with plush sofas for maximum comfort. Entertainment amenities include a large plasma HDTV with American and French channels, DVD player, iPod dock, Apple TV 4, Bose indoor/outdoor sound system, printer/fax, telephone, and high-speed WiFi.

The adjacent dining area seats six and connects to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, and coolers.
